Sending/Uploading Photos

The key to outstanding artwork is the right photo.  Please review Photo Tips before sending photos.

Uploading Photos

RECOMMENDED.  The best way to get photos to us is to login and upload them directly to your order. Why upload?  It's fast, the photos are immediately attached to your order, and there is no cost.

2. Acceptable file types to send are:   .tif, .jpg, .gif, .png, .pdf, .psd

Do NOT Email Photos

1. Do not email photos because they can delay your order and add costs.
2. In rare cases we will accept emailed photos and upload them for you at $3 per photo.

Mailing Photos

1. Important!!  Review the Photo Tips
2. Mailing photos can delay your order.
3. Note that we charge a $3 per photo scanning fee.
4. Include your order number with the photo

Note:  If you would like your photo returned to you, please include a stamped self addressed envelope with your photo.   We don't control the mail so it's always safer to provide us with photos or copies that you don’t need back or better yet, send a digital copy.
