"I had a wonderful experience with this website the first time I utilized their service. This time however, was incredibly frustrating. The artist ignored half the comments and several items in the original picture. When I requested revisions, they ignored many revisions and made changes (deletions AND additions) according to their own whim. Ultimately, Ill probably use someone else for a future project."
